Application Documentation Checklist 

This checklist includes all of the documentation you should have readily available to you at the time you complete your application. Failure to include the requested documentation may result in denial of your application. Please note that these need to be included for each applicant. If you are unable to upload the documents while completing the application you can send them to info@jrppropertymgmt.com in a compressed/zipped folder in one email with the applicant’s name and the address you are applying for in the subject line. Sending multiple emails will slow the application processing time. 

  • Copy of Driver’s License
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • Copy of Vehicle Registration

To add an animal to the lease: 

  • Photo of Animal 
  • Proof of Vaccinations
  • Dog Registration 
  • Current ESA letter if applicable 
  • Current Service letter if applicable 

Include a verification form for EACH previous address (covering the last 5 years)

Proof of Income (for the last 6 months) May include some or all of the following (must be able to verify income source provided in the application): 

  • Benefits Letter 
  • Accepted offer letter
  • Section 8 Voucher
  • Other subsidization program letters 
  • Check stubs
  • Bank statements 
  • Tax return

Include a verification form for EACH form of income (covering the last 6 months)

Emergency Contacts (if not included on application)

Personal References (if not included on application)
