  • Please note that page 6 of your lease states: "Tenant(s) hereby agrees that for a period commencing 30 days prior to the termination of this Residential Lease, the Landlord may show the Premises to Prospective Tenant(s), and 60 days prior to the termination of this Residential Lease, may display in and about the said Premises and in the window, the usual “For Rent” signs. The Tenant(s) will schedule showings with the Landlord to coordinate a minimum of 2 showing dates per week for the 30 days prior to the lease end date. In the event that: (a) the Tenant(s) do not wish to coordinate showings dates with the Landlord they will be responsible for an opt-out fee of $250 which will be applied to their account, and/or (b) the Landlord finds the property or unit to be unshowable as a result of tenant damages or living conditions the tenant may be automatically opted out of showings and charged the $250 opt-out fee. This fee will be applied in any situation where the tenant causes the showings to be untenable. Additionally, failure of the tenant to reach out to coordinate showings with the Landlord will consider opting out and the opt-out fee shall be applied."
